dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan di Kota Medan; jumlah responden sebanyak 214 orang; teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang menghasilkan 68 responden untuk dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini; pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka; metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05; hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan di Kota Medan; (2) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan di Kota Medan; (3) berdasarkan uji F, Pelatihan (x1) dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (x2) secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,702 berarti 70,2% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh Pelatihan (x1) dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (x2). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance at the Investment and Service Office in Medan City; the number of respondents was 214 people; the sampling technique used the slovin formula which resulted in 68 respondents to be sampled in this study; data collection in this study used questionnaires, interviews and literature studies; data analysis methods used descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05; the results showed: (1) Training has a significant effect on performance at the Investment and Service Office in Medan City; (2) Human Resource Development has a significant effect on employee performance at the Investment and Service Office in Medan City; (3) based on the F test, Training (x1) and Human Resource Development (x2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance the Adjusted R Square value of 0.702 means 70.2% of employee performance can be explained by Training (x1) and Human Resource Development (x2).en_US
