Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi persuasif diterapkan oleh Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) Lacoste dan kendala yang mereka hadapi dalam menarik konsumen di Delipark Mall Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan enam informan, dengan teknik analisis data berdasarkan konsep (Miles dan Huberman 2014) yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. This study aims to determine how persuasive communication is implemented by Lacoste Sales Promotion Girls (SPGs) and the obstacles they face in attracting consumers at Delipark Mall in Medan. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach involving six informants, using data analysis techniques based on the concepts (Miles and Huberman 2014) of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
