Abstract: Panas adalah energi yang di pindahkan dari temperatur yang tinggi ke temperatur yang lebih rendah,karna adanya perbedaan temperatur.pada pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit terdapat Boiler yang berfungsi untuk memanaskan air,di mana air yang di panas kan di alirkan ke dalam pipa Waterwall yang berjumlah 48 batang,dan terbagi menjadi 3 bagian pada dinding depan berjumlah 24 dam masing-masing dinding kiri dan kanan berjumlah 11.proser pembakaran yang menggunakan bahan cangkang dan fiber terjadi pada ruang bakar Boiler dengan cara api yang langsung membakar pipa waterwall,di mana suhu pada ruang bakar mencapai 1300 ,dengan menghasiskan temperatur keluar 200-300 dan tekanan uap 21 bar,yang di pergunakan untuk menggerakan turbin. Heat is energy that is transferred from a higher temperature to a lower temperature, due to a temperature difference.At the palm oil processing factory there is a boiler that functions to heat water,where the heated water is flowed into a Waterwall tube totaling 48 steams,and divided into 3 parts on the front wall totaling 24 and each left and right walls totaling 11.The combustion process using shell and fiber materials occurs in the Boiler combustion chamber by means of fire which directly burns the Waterwall tube,where the temperature in the combustion chamber reaches 1300co,resulting in an exit temperature of 200-300co and a steam preasurre of 21bar,which is used to drive the turbine.
