dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dinamika komunikasi antara guru dan siswa disabilitas, serta untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi di SLB-C Karya Tulus Medan. Metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi ,wawancara dan dokumentasi yang memiliki informan berjumlah lima orang. Hasil dari penelitian Dinamika komunikasi di SLB-C Karya Tulus Medan menunjukkan bahwa, dinamika komunikasi dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi verbal dan non verbal serta hambatan komunikasi, hambatan komunikasi yang terjadi di SLB-C Karya tulus medan ialah hambatan fisik, semantik dan psikologis. Adapun triangulasi sumber berdasarkan perspektif dari psikolog memperkuat temuan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan guru untuk beradaptasi dengan berbagai latar belakang siswa termasuk kondisi emosional, budaya, dan karakteristik individu sangat memengaruhi dinamika komunikasi. This research aimed to find out how the communication dynamics between teachers and students with disabilities occurred, and to identify the communication barriers that happened at SLB-C Karya Tulus Medan. The method used by the researcher was descriptive qualitative with a case study analysis. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, with a total of five informants. The research results on communication dynamics at SLB-C Karya Tulus Medan showed that communication dynamics were influenced by interpersonal communication, verbal and non-verbal communication, as well as communication barriers. The communication barriers that occurred at SLB-C Karya Tulus Medan were physical, semantic, and psychological barriers. The source triangulation from a psychologist's perspective strengthened the research findings, indicating that the ability of teachers to adapt to various student backgrounds, including emotional, cultural, and individual characteristics, significantly affected communication dynamics.en_US
