dc.description.abstractKeberhasilan koperasi dipengaruhi oleh partisipasi anggotanya. Partisipasi berhubungan erat dengan kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas merupakan jaminan terbaik atas kesetiaan pelanggan. Adapun rumusan masalah yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruah kualitas pelayanan terhadap partisipasi. Tujuan penelitian ini Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat partisipasi anggota di KSP CU Harapan Jaya Kisaran, menggali bagaimana mutu layanan dapat menjadi kunci penggerak keterlibatan anggota. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif yang mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data secara sistematis. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah anggota ksp cu harapan jaya kisaran dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang yang dipilih dengan Teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi, dengan instrumen yang menggunakan skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan berbagai teknik, termasuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap partisipasi anggota telah dibuktikan dari nilai hitung masing masing indikator lebih besar dari ttabel dengan signifikansi <0,05 dan dengan nilai r square sebesar 65%. Maka keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota di KSP CU Harapan Jaya Kisaran. The success of a cooperative is influenced by the participation of its members. Participation is closely related to service quality. Quality is the best guarantee of customer loyalty. The formulation of the problem is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on participation. The purpose of this study The purpose of this study is to reveal a significant relationship between service quality and the level of member participation at KSP CU Harapan Jaya Kisaran, exploring how service quality can be a key driver of member involvement. This study is categorized as descriptive research that adopts a quantitative approach to analyze data systematically. The population of this study is members of KSP CU Harapan Jaya Kisaran with a sample of 100 people selected using random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, literature studies, and documentation, with instruments using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using various techniques, including validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on member participation as evidenced by the calculated value of each indicator greater than ttable with a significance of <0.05 and an r-square value of 65%. So the decision is that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that service quality has an effect on member participation at KSP CU Harapan Jaya Kisaran.en_US
