Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Keamanan Lokasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Panatapan Agrowisata Sileme-Leme Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan keamanan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Tempat Observasi Agrowisata Sileme-Leme. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Tempat Observasi Agrowisata Sileme-Leme yang berjumlah 10 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode survey sampling dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 responden. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Fasilitas (X1) dan Keamanan Lokasi (X2). Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan Pengunjung (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, dengan nilai t sebesar 3,736 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, di bawah 0,05; oleh karena itu, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Keamanan lokasi mempengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung, dengan nilai t sebesar 3,130 dan nilai signifikansi 0,002, dibawah 0,05, oleh karena itu hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. The purpose of this research is to determine the location's facilities and security regarding visitor satisfaction at the Sileme-Leme Agrotourism Observation Site. The population in this study was 10 visitors to the Sileme-Leme Agrotourism Observation Site. The sampling technique used a survey sampling method with non-probability sampling techniques and questionnaire distribution to respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 99 respondents. The independent variables in this study were Facilities (X1) and Location Security (X2). The dependent variable in this study was Visitor Satisfaction (Y). The research method used was a quantitative method, and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software. The results of the study showed that facilities influence visitor satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.736 and a significance value of 0.000, below 0.05; therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Location security influences visitor satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.130 and a significance value of 0.002, below 0.05, therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
