dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan selfestem dengan kematangan karir siswa di SMK Swasta YPD Tebing Tinggi (2) Untuk mengetahui adanya minat belajar dengan kematangan siswa di SMK Swasta YPD Tebing Tinggi (3) Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan self-esteem dan minat belajar dengan kematangan karir siswa di SMK Swasta YPD Tebing Tinggi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 493 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 siswa. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu skala kematangan karir, skala self-esteem dan skala Minat. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh mendapatkan hasil : (1) Adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-esteem dengan kematangan karir dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien (rxy)= 0,712 dengan p= 0,000 < 0,050. Semakin tinggi self-esteem maka semakin tinggi pula kematangan karir. Konstribusi self-esteem dengan kematangan karir dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (r2) yaitu sebebsar 0,507 atau sebesar 50,7%. (2) Adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara minat belajar dengan kematangan karir. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien (rxy)= 0,937 dengan p= 0,000 < 0,050. Semakin tinggi minat belajar maka semakin tinggi pula kematangan karir. Konstribusi minat belajar dengan kematangan karir dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (r2) yaitu sebebsar 0,937 atau sebesar 93,7%. (3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-esteem (X1) dan minat belajar (X2) dengan kematangan karir (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien (rxy)= 0,938 dengan p= 0,000 < 0,050. Besarnya angka hubungan self-esteem dan minat belajar dengan kematangan karir dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) yaitu 0,880 atau sama dengan 88,0% This research aims: (1) To determine the corelation between self-esteem and career maturity of students at YPD Tebing Tinggi Private Vocational School (2) To determine the existence of interest in learning and student maturity at YPD Tebing Tinggi Private Vocational School (3) To determine the conrelation between self-esteem and student maturity. estem and interest in learning with the career maturity of students at YPD Tebing Tinggi Private Vocational School. Data analysis in this research uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The population in this study was 493 students. The sample in this research was 100 students. The measuring instruments used in the research are the career maturity scale, self- Esteem scale and Interest scale. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the results were: (1) The existence of a significant positive corelation between selfesteem and career maturity can be seen from the coefficient value (rxy) = 0.712 with p = 0.000 < 0.050. The higher self-esteem, the higher career maturity. The contribution of self-esteem to career maturity can be seen from the determinant coefficient (r2), which is 0.507 or 50.7%. (2) There is a significant positive corelation between interest in learning and career maturity. This is indicated by the coefficient value (rxy)= 0.937 with p= 0.000 < 0.050. The higher the interest in learning, the higher the career maturity. The contribution of interest in learning to career maturity can be seen from the determinant coefficient (r2), which is 0.937 or 93.7%. (3) Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a significant positive corelation between self-esteem (X1) and interest in learning (X2) and career maturity (Y). This is indicated by the coefficient value (rxy)= 0.938 with p= 0.000 < 0.050. The magnitude of the corelation between selfesteem and interest in learning with career maturity can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r2), namely 0.880 or equal to 88.0% | en_US |
