dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 110 dan sampel berjumlah 110 pegawai dengan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji t terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja yang mana didapatkan nilai koefisien regresi variabel Lingkungan Kerja (t hitung) adalah sebesar 12,987 dengan t tabel sebesar 1,658, artinya nilai t hitung ˃ t tabel dan signifikasi 0,000 ˂ 0,050, sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji t terdapat pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja yang mana didapat nilai koefisien regresi variabel Lingkungan Kerja (t hitung) adalah sebesar 12,987 dengan t tabel sebesar 1,658, artinya nilai t hitung ˃ t tabel dan signifikasi 0,000 ˂ 0,050, sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima. Secara simultan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja dilihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 61.667 dan nilai F tabel sebesar 3.081 dengan signifikaan 0.000 < 0.050, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai F hitung > F Tabel dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.050. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) = 0.309, yang artinya lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh 30,9% terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population was 110 and the sample was 110 employees using a total sampling technique. Based on the results of the t test, there is a significant influence of the work environment on performance, where the regression coefficient value for the Work Environment variable (t calculated) is 12.987 with a t table of 1.658, meaning that the calculated t value ˃ t table and significance is 0.000 ˂ 0.050, so the first hypothesis accepted. Based on the results of the t test, there is a significant influence of organizational culture on performance, where the regression coefficient value for the Work Environment variable (t calculated) is 12.987 with a t table of 1.658, meaning that the calculated t value ˃ t table and significance is 0.000 ˂ 0.050, so the second hypothesis is accepted . Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the Work Environment and Organizational Culture on performance as seen from the calculated F value of 61,667 and the F table value of 3,081 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050, so it can be said that the calculated F value is > F Table and the significance is 0.000 < 0.050. Apart from that, the coefficient of determination (R²) = 0.309, which means that the work environment and organizational culture have a 30.9% influence on employee performance.en_US
