dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui komunikasi pariwisata Museum Karo Lingga dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pengharnbat dalarn pelaksanaan kegiatan komunikasi pariwisata dalam meningkatkan kuojungan wisatawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian meyatakan bahwa Komunikasi dalam konteks meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan dapat dilakukan melalui Penggunaan Media Sosial, Website Resmi, Kerjasama dengan Agen Perjalanan dan Pelaku lndustri Pariwisata Lokal, Acara Khusus dan Workshop, Edukasi dan Tur Guided, Kolaborasi dengan lnstitusi Pendidikan, Pemasaran Berbasis Komunitas dan Feedback dan Evaluasi. Faktor yang dapat menjadi pengharnbat adalah keterbatasan akses dan infrastruktur, kurangnya promosi dan pemasaran efektif, kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Karo Lingga Museum's tourism communication in increasing tourist visits and to identify inhibiting factors in implementing tourism communication activities to increase tourist visits. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The results indicated that communication in the context of increasing tourist visits can be achieved through the use of social media, the official website, collaboration with travel agents and local tourism industry players, special events and workshops, education and guided tours, collaboration with educational institutions, community-based marketing, and feedback and evaluation. Inhibiting factors include limited access and infrastructure, lack of effective promotion and marketing, lack of knowledge and awareness, and limited human resources.en_US
