Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan merupakan badan usaha yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah, dipersiapkan untuk kepentingan masyarakat dalam rangka melindungi masyarakat dari segala akibat dan faktor sosial ekonomi, sebagian besar warga Kota Lhokseumawe belum terdaftar sebagai peserta jaminan social, hal ini berdampak pada implementasi Qanun Aceh Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Ketenagakerjaan yang mensyaratkan terpenuhinya hak jaminan sosial bagi pekerja/buruh. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai Peraturan Hukum Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Menurut Qanun Aceh Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Implementasi Qanun Aceh Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Di Wilayah Kerja Kota Lhokseumawe, dan kendala atau kendala apa saja yang dialami BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Lhokseumawe terkait Penerapan Qanun Aceh Nomor 7 Tahun Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Wilayah Kerja Kota Lhokseumawe. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is a business entity formed by the government, prepared for the benefit of the community in order to protect the community from all consequences and socio-economic factors, most of the residents of Lhokseumawe City have not been registered as social security participants, this has an impact on the implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 7 of 2014 concerning Employment which requires the fulfillment of social security rights for workers/laborers. Based on this background, the author is interested in conducting research on the Legal Regulations of Social Security for Employment According to Aceh Qanun Number 7 of 2014 concerning Employment, Implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 7 of 2014 concerning Social Security for Employment in the Lhokseumawe City Work Area, and what obstacles or constraints are experienced by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Lhokseumawe Branch related to the Implementation of Aceh Qanun Number 7 of 2014 concerning Social Security for Employment in the Lhokseumawe City Work Area.
