Abstract: Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis Terhadap emotional labor pada Pegawai Bank BRI. To determine the Influence of Job Satisfaction and Psychological Well-being on Emotional Labor of BRI Bank Employees. The research method uses quantitative non-experimental. The population in this study was 324 employees, with a sample of 166 taken using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis technique with the assumption that the data was normally distributed and linear. The results of the first hypothesis test stated that they rejected the alternative hypothesis because the significance value was more than 0.050 with a regression magnitude of 1.2%. This means that there is no significant influence of job satisfaction on the emotional workforce. The results of the second hypothesis test stated that they accepted the alternative hypothesis because the significance value was below 0.050 with a regression magnitude of 30%. This means that there is an influence of psychological well-being on emotional work. While the results of the third hypothesis test stated that they accepted the alternative hypothesis because the significance value was less than 0.050 with a regression magnitude of 43.5%. Although partially job satisfaction does not affect emotional work, together job satisfaction and psychological wellbeing can affect emotional work.
