dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Demokatis Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Medan, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas Medan sebanyak 90 orang. dan penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh yang dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel 90 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 dan mendapatkan hasil (1) Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh secara Positif Dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (6.539) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.987). (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara Positif Dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (7.162) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.987).(3) Kepemimpinan Demokratis (X1), dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of democratic leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity (BBPVP) Medan, the research method used in this study was quantitative. The population in this study were employees at the Center for Vocational Training and Productivity in Medan as many as 90 people. and the determination of the sample in this study using saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled 90 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05 and gets the results (1) Democratic Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and t-count (6.539)> compared to t-table (1.987). (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < 0.05 and t-count (7.162) > compared to t-table (1.987). (3) Democratic Leadership (X1), and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously are significant to Employee Performance.en_US
