dc.description.abstract | Stres dapat dianggap sebagai hambatan yang mengakibatkan penolakan, sinisme dan reaksi pribadi terkait jelas untuk mengubah perencanaan dan penerapan perubahan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab adanya stress kerja pada pegawai, dampak yang diakibatkan adanya stress kerja pada pegawai, dan strategi coping stress pada pegawai di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Faktor penyebab adanya stress kerja pada pegawai terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal berupa beban kerja yang tinggi, masalah administratif dan keuangan, ketidakadilan dalam pembagian tugas, serta kondisi kerja yang tidak mendukung. Sedangkan faktor eksternal berupa kebijakan dan keputusan atasan yang tidak realistis, tunjangan yang tidak memadai dan terlambat, kondisi lingkungan kerja yang tidak ideal, dan kondisi eksternal yang tidak terduga, 2). Dampak yang diakibatkan adanya stress kerja pada pegawai meliputi: a) Penurunan kinerja dan produktivitas, b). Kesehatan fisik yang terpengaruh, c). Kesehatan mental yang menurun, d). Kepuasan kerja yang berkurang, dan e). Hubungan sosial yang terganggu, serta 3). Strategi coping stress pada pegawai di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara menggunakan coping stress dengan emotion focused coping dan problem focused coping. Pada emotional focused coping, informan melaksanakan meditasi dan olahraga rutin. Sedangkan pada problem focused coping, informan menekankan pentingnya dukungan dari rekan kerja dan keluarga. Stress can be considered as an obstacle that results in resistance, cynicism and personal reactions related clearly to change planning and implementation of organizational change. This research aims to describe the factors that cause work stress in employees, the impact caused by work stress on employees, and stress coping strategies for employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sumatra Province. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: 1). Factors that cause work stress in employees consist of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include high workloads, administrative and financial problems, unfairness in the distribution of tasks, and unsupportive working conditions. Meanwhile, external factors include unrealistic superior policies and decisions, inadequate and late allowances, non-ideal work environment conditions, and unexpected external conditions, 2). The impacts caused by work stress on employees include: a) Decreased performance and productivity, b). Physical health affected, c). Decreased mental health, d). Reduced job satisfaction, and e). Disturbed social relationships, and 3). The stress coping strategy for employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sumatra Province uses stress coping with emotion focused coping and problem focused coping. In emotional focused coping, informants carry out regular meditation and exercise. Meanwhile, in problem focused coping, informants emphasized the importance of support from colleagues and family. | en_US |
