Abstract: | Metode Earned Value merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang terbukti efektif dalam menganalisis kinerja proyek. EV menyediakan pengukuran terintegrasi dari progres fisik, waktu, dan biaya, memberikan visibilitas yang lebih baik terhadap kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan.tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai parameter metode erned value.. Salah satu alat yang sering digunakan dalam implementasi metode Earned Value adalah perangkat lunak manajemen proyek, seperti Microsoft Project. Nilai parameter earned value pelaksanaan proyek Pembangunan gedung office sumber mitra jaya medan yang didapatkan yaitu : ACWP (Actual Cost Work Performed) sebesar RP 3.917.856.175, nilai BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed) sebesar Rp 3.917.856.175 dan nilai BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Woork Schedule) sebesar Rp 4.577.090.829.nilai Schedule Perfomance Index (SPI) sebesar 0,86 < 1 maka proyek mengalami keterlambatan, Cost Performance Index (CPI) sebesar 1 > 1 maka biaya pelaksanaan proyek lebih hemat .Nilai Cost Varian (CV) Rp 0 bernilai netral maka biaya proyek sesuai dengan rencana, Schedule Varian (SV) sebesar SV RP -659.234.153 bernilai negative maka proyek mengalami keterlambatan.Nilai Estimate At Completion (EAC) sebesar RP 4.794.001.153. nilai ini menunjukan total biaya akhir penyelesaian proyek adalah sama dengan anggaran proyek 4,794,001,153, dan Time At Completion (TAC) sebesar TAC 495 hari The Earned Value method is one approach that has proven effective in analyzing project performance. EV provides an integrated measurement of physical progress, time, and cost, providing better visibility into overall project performance. The purpose of this study is to obtain the parameter values of the earned value method. One of the tools often used in the implementation of the Earned Value method is project management software, such as Microsoft Project. The parameter value of earned value for the implementation of the Sumber Mitra Jaya Medan office building construction project obtained is: ACWP (Actual Cost Work Performed) of IDR 3,917,856,175, BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed) of IDR 3,917,856,175 and BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule) of IDR 4,577,090,829. The Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value is 0.86 <1, then the project is delayed, the Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1> 1, then the project implementation costs are more efficient. The Cost Variant (CV) value of IDR 0 is neutral, then the project costs are in accordance with the plan, the Schedule Variant (SV) of SV IDR -659,234,153 is negative, then the project is delayed. The Estimate At Completion (EAC) value is IDR 4,794,001,153. This value shows that the total final cost of completing the project is the same as the project budget of 4,794,001,153, and the Time At Completion (TAC) is 495 days. |
