Title: Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Pada Proyek Gedung Office Sumber Mitra Jaya Medan
Other Titles: The Earned Value method is one approach that has proven effective in analyzing project performance. EV provides an integrated measurement of physical progress, time, and cost, providing better visibility into overall project performance. The purpose of this study is to obtain the parameter values of the earned value method. One of the tools often used in the implementation of the Earned Value method is project management software, such as Microsoft Project. The parameter value of earned value for the implementation of the Sumber Mitra Jaya Medan office building construction project obtained is: ACWP (Actual Cost Work Performed) of IDR 3,917,856,175, BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed) of IDR 3,917,856,175 and BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule) of IDR 4,577,090,829. The Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value is 0.86 <1, then the project is delayed, the Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1> 1, then the project implementation costs are more efficient. The Cost Variant (CV) value of IDR 0 is neutral, then the project costs are in accordance with the plan, the Schedule Variant (SV) of SV IDR -659,234,153 is negative, then the project is delayed. The Estimate At Completion (EAC) value is IDR 4,794,001,153. This value shows that the total final cost of completing the project is the same as the project budget of 4,794,001,153, and the Time At Completion (TAC) is 495 days.

Abstract: Produktivitas tenaga kerja yang baik sangat diperlukan dan harus dimaksimalkan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik dalam proyek konstruksi. Produktivitas juga sangat berpegaruh terhadap besarnya keuntungan dan kerugian suatu proyek. Produktivitas tenaga kerja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, termasuk faktor internal seperti keterampilan, usia, kesehatan, tingkat penghasilan (upah), jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga, lingkungan kerja, serta faktor eksternal seperti manajemen proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja serta faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pekerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu menganalisa faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode kuiseioner berskala likert dan di uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, uji Mean dan Rata-Rata, Uji Normalitas, Uji regresi Linear Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis Menggunakan SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa variabel Pengalaman dan variabel kondisi lapangan ssecara bersama tidak memilki pengaruh yg signifikan terhadap variabel produktivitas sedangkan variabel upah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhdap produktivitas. Sesuai dengan hasil data SPSS versi 22 dengan nilai t sebesar 5,621 dan nilai sig. sebesar 0,002. Variabel Upah Memiliki poin tertinggi diantara Variabel Variabel Lainnya. Good labor productivity is very necessary and must be maximized to get good results in construction projects. Productivity also greatly influences the amount of profit and loss of a project. Labor productivity is influenced by several factors, including internal factors such as skills, age, health, income level (wages), number of dependents in the family, work environment, and external factors such as project management. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence worker productivity and which factors have the most influence on worker productivity. The method used is a quantitative method, namely analyzing the factors that influence labor productivity using a Likert-scale questionnaire method and tested for Validity, Reliability Test, Mean and Average Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test Using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Experience variable and the field condition variable together do not have a significant influence on the productivity variable, while the wage variable has a significant influence on productivity. In accordance with the results of SPSS version 22 data with a t value of 5.621 and a sig. value. of 0.002. The wage variable has the highest score among the other variables.
