dc.description.abstract | Pembangunan Rumah Susun POLDA Sumatera Utara menggunakan fondasi tiang pancang minipile diameter 25x25 cm penampang square pile. Dalam perhitungan kapasitas daya dukung tiang dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kemampuan tiang pancang untuk meneruskan beban yang bekerja terhadap lapisan tanah. Era digital mengharuskan para engineering untuk menggunakan software dalam memudahkan perhitungan. Metode yang digunakan penggunaan Software SAP 2000 Versi 22 untuk menganalisis pembebanan struktur atas (upper structure) dengan mencari gaya-gaya dalam pada bangunan. Perhitungan teoritis berdasarkan data Standard Penetration Test (SPT) didapatkan dari data proyek menggunakan metode Mayerhoff untuk menghitung kapasitas daya dukung tiang tunggal dan metode Converse Laberre – Formula untuk menghitung kapasitas daya dukung kelompok tiang untuk dibandingkan dari hasil uji PDA Test didapatkan dari data proyek. Sementara untuk menganalisis kapasitas beban tiang pancang menggunakan ALLPILE V7.3B untuk dibandingkan hasil PDA Test. Titik tinjau pengujian dilakukan pada grid A3TP3 sesuai titik pengujian PDA Test pada kedalaman 15 m. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kapasitas daya dukung tiang pancang kelompok (group) berdasarkan data Standart Penetration Test (SPT) menggunakan software Allpile V7.3B dengan Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) Test. Hasil analisis perhitungan metode Mayerhoff dan Converse Laberre – Formula untuk kelompok tiang ultimit (Qu) sebesar 938,26 kN atau 78,78 % dari hasil PDA Test 1191 kN. Hasil analisis Software Allpile, didapat kapasitas daya dukung ultimate kelompok tiang sebesar adalah 1082,486 kN atau 90,89 % dibandingkan hasil PDA Test dengan nilai sebesar 1191 kN. Kesimpulannya bahwa penggunaan software Allpile lebih mendekati nilai PDA Test dibandingkan perhitungan teoritis. The construction of the North Sumatra Regional Police Flats (POLDA) used a 25x25 cm diameter minipile foundation with a square pile cross-section. Calculations of the pile's bearing capacity were conducted to determine the pile's ability to transmit loads acting on the soil layer. The digital era requires engineers to use software to facilitate calculations. The method used was SAP 2000 Version 22 software to analyze the upper structure's loading by identifying the internal forces within the building. Theoretical calculations were based on Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data obtained from project data, using the Mayerhoff method to calculate the bearing capacity of a single pile, and the Converse-Laberre method—a formula for calculating the bearing capacity of a pile group—to compare it with the PDA Test results obtained from project data. Meanwhile, to analyze the pile load capacity, ALLPILE V7.3B was used to compare the PDA Test results. The test observation point was located on the A3TP3 grid, corresponding to the PDA Test point, at a depth of 15 m. The purpose of this study was to compare the bearing capacity of pile groups based on Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data using Allpile V7.3B software with the Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) Test. The analysis using the Mayerhoff and Converse Laberre Formula methods for the ultimate pile group (Qu) was 938.26 kN, or 78.78% of the PDA Test result of 1191 kN. The Allpile software analysis yielded an ultimate bearing capacity of 1082.486 kN, or 90.89% of the PDA Test result of 1191 kN. The conclusion is that the use of Allpile software is closer to the PDA Test value than the theoretical calculation. | en_US |
