Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Dan Return On Asset Serta Firm Size Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Asset (ROA), dan Firm Size terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 20l1l8-20l22. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan pertambangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Price to Book Value). Semakin baik implementasi CSR, maka semakin tinggi nilai perusahaan di mata investor. Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Price to Book Value). Semakin tinggi profitabilitas perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROA, maka semakin baik pula nilai perusahaan. Firm Size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Price to Book Value). Ukuran perusahaan bukan merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dalam sektor pertambangan. Secara simultan, CSR, ROA, dan Firm Size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Price to Book Value) perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan perlu meningkatkan komitmen dan implementasi CSR secara berkelanjutan, mempertahankan profitabilitas yang tinggi, serta memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Bagi investor, informasi mengenai CSR, ROA, dan ukuran perusahaan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Firm Size on Company Value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 20118-20122. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 8 mining companies. The research results show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on Company Value (Price to Book Value). The better the implementation of CSR, the higher the company's value in the eyes of investors. Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on Company Value (Price to Book Value). The higher the company's profitability as measured by ROA, the better the company value. Firm Size does not have a significant effect on Company Value (Price to Book Value). Company size is not the main factor that influences company value in the mining sector. Simultaneously, CSR, ROA, and Firm Size have a significant effect on the Company Value (Price to Book Value) of mining companies listed on the IDX. The implication of this research is that mining companies need to increase commitment and implementation of CSR in a sustainable manner, maintain high profitability, and pay attention to other factors that can influence company value. For investors, information regarding CSR, ROA and company size can be a consideration in making investment decisions
