dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran susu sapi perah di usaha susu murni Desa Amplas, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, (2) Untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran susu sapi perah di usaha susu sapi murni di Desa Amplas, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara sengaja di usaha susu murni di Desa Aplas, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Pada bulan September 2022. Sampel diambil sebanyak 45 responden yaitu untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode snowball sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Observasi ( pengamatan), Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil analisis internal terdapat kekuatan yaitu a. Memanfaatkan pengalaman ber-usaha susu sapi perah untuk meningkatkan peluang pasar yang tinggi, b. Kualitas produk yang baik dengan harga yang terjangkau dapat dengan mudah menguasai pasar, c. Memanfaatkan lokasi yang strategis dapat meningkatkan peluang pasar yang tinggi dalam pemasaran susu sapi perah, d. dengan memiliki produk susu sapi berkualitas maka didapat potensi produk yang besar agar meningkatkan permintaan susu yang tinggi dipasaran. Berdasarkan identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal menciptakan beberapa alternatif strategi yaitu strategi S-O. dan saluran pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan yaitu, Saluran satu, peternak langsung ke konsumen dan saluran dua, peternak , pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen atau terbilang saluran kebawah. This study aims: (1) To determine the marketing strategy of dairy cow's milk in the pure milk business in Amplas Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, (2) To determine the marketing channels of dairy cow's milk in the pure milk business in Amplas Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study was conducted intentionally in the pure milk business in Aplas Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, in September 2022. A sample of 45 respondents was taken, namely for sampling using the snowball sampling method and data collection was carried out using Observation (observation), Interviews and Documentation. The data analysis method used is the SWOT analysis method. The results of the study showed that the results of the internal analysis contained strengths, namely a. Utilizing experience in the dairy cow's milk business to increase high market opportunities, b. Good product quality at affordable prices can easily dominate the market, c. Utilizing strategic locations can increase high market opportunities in the marketing of dairy cow's milk, d. Having a quality cow's milk product provides significant product potential to increase high demand for milk in the market. Based on the identification of internal and external factors, several alternative strategies have been created, namely the S-O strategy and marketing channels that can be implemented, namely, Channel One, direct from farmers to consumers and Channel Two, farmers, retailers, and consumers, or what is known as the downward channel.en_US
