Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh program insentif tabungan balapan deposito dan customer relationship management terhadap minat Menabung Nasabah Pada PT. Bank Sumut KCP Asia. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program Insentif (X1) Berdasarkan hasil uji yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.005< 0.05 serta nilai thitung 2,927 > ttabel 2,018 artinya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Program Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung (Y) Nasabah Pada PT.Bank Sumut KCP Asia. Customer Relationship Management (X2) Berdasarkan hasil uji yang diperoleh nilai signifikanssi sebesar 0.002< 0.05 serta nilai thitung 3,264 > ttabel 2,018 artinya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Customer Relationship Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah pada PT.Bank Sumut KCP Asia (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Program Insentif dan Customer Relationship Management Berdasarkan Tabel 4.12 Diperoleh tingkat signifikansi F sebesar 0.001 < 0.05 serta nilai Fhitung adalah 46.587 > Ftabel 3.220 artinya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Program Insentif dan Customer Relationship Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menabung Nasabah Pada PT.Bank Sumut KCP Asia. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the deposit racing savings incentive program and customer relationship management on customers' interest in saving at PT. North Sumatra Bank KCP Asia. The research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and the data analysis used is the multiple linear regression analysis method using IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results of this research show that the Incentive Program (X1) Based on the test results obtained a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05 and a tvalue of 2.927 > ttable 2.018, meaning, it can be concluded that the Incentive Program variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Interest in Saving (Y) at PT Bank Sumut KCP Asia. Customer Relationship Management (X2) Based on the test results obtained a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and a tvalue of 3.264 > ttable 2.018, meaning, it can be concluded that the Customer Relationship Management variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Saving Interest at PT Bank Sumut KCP Asia (Y). Based on the results of the F test, it shows that the Incentive Program and Customer Relationship Management. Based on Table 4.12, the F significance level is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated Fvalue is 46,587 > Ftable 3,220, meaning that it can be concluded that the Incentive Program and Customer Relationship Management variables have a positive and significant effect on Customer Saving Interest at PT Bank Sumut KCP Asia.
