dc.description.abstractIndustri kelapa sawit di Indonesia berkontribusi besar pada perekonomian. PT Cisadane Sawit Raya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang terkemuka di industri ini, sehingga perlu untuk memastikan proses panen guna menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas hasil. Pengelola kinerja pemanen yang optimal menjadi sangat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas produksi dan mempertahankan kualitas produk. Namun, metode lama sering kali tidak memadai dan kurang efektiktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan menggunakan metode EDAS (Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution) dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja pemanen terbaik. Metode EDAS mampu menghubungkan berbagai indikator kinerja, seperti total TBS (tandan buah segar), jumlah brondolan dan suatu prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan. Dengan menerapkan SPK berbasis EDAS dapat memberi kontribusi positif dalam pengelolaan operasional yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan produktivitas secara keseluruhan. The Indonesian palm oil industry contributes significantly to the economy. PT Cisadane Sawit Raya is a leading company in the industry, ensuring a consistent harvesting process to maintain yield quality and quantity. Optimal harvester performance management is crucial for maintaining production stability and product quality. However, traditional methods are often inadequate and ineffective. This study aims to implement a decision support system (DSS) using the EDAS (Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution) method to determine the best harvester performance. The EDAS method is capable of linking various performance indicators, such as total fresh fruit bunches (FFB), number of loose fruit bunches (loose fruit), and established procedures. Implementing an EDAS-based DSS can positively contribute to better operational management and increase overall productivity.en_US
