This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa fat in the international market, particularly in major export destination countries. As the largest cocoa producer in the world, Indonesia has significant potential in the cocoa fat trade, a strategic commodity with important roles in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. Despite Indonesia being the third-largest producer of processed cocoa globally, intense competition in the international market requires a deeper understanding of Indonesia's cocoa fat trade position and comparative competitiveness. The research results showed that the competitiveness of Indonesian cocoa fat varies in each export destination country. Countries like Estonia showed high competitiveness, while in European markets such as Germany and the Netherlands, competitiveness remains relatively stable despite fluctuations. However, in Asia, particularly India, and the United States, Indonesia's competitiveness tends to be lower, facing challenges that need to be addressed. Overall, Indonesia has a strong position as a cocoa fat exporter, but global challenges call for strategies to enhance product quality, expand markets, and improve trade cooperation. This research provides recommendations for further development of Indonesia's cocoa fat trade sector to enhance its competitiveness in the global market.en_US
