Abstract: | Berdasarkan data BPS, Indonesia sejak bulan januari hingga juli 2017 telah mengekspor bawang merah ke beberapa negara mencapai 657,3 ton. Sebagaimana produk pertanian pada umumnya,bawang merah memiliki karakteristik yang spesifik yaitu: (1) seasonibel, yaitu diproduksi musiman, (2) Perishabel, yaitu mudah busuk dan rusak , (3) Bulky, bersifat curah; dan (4) Voluminous, yaitu membutuhkan ruang atau tempat yang cukup besar (samadi dan cahyono, 2005). Karakteristik bawang merah yang hanya dapat ditanam secara musiman menyebabkan jatuhnya harga jual bawang merah saat panen raya. Ditingkatkan petani saat musim panen raya,harga bawang merah sekitar Rp. 10.000,.-/kg, masih di bawah harga impas yang diangka sekitar Rp.13.000,./kg. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini Membuat Mesin Peniris Bawang Otomatis Dengan Kapasitas Produksi 100 Kg/Jam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif Dimana langsung membuat mesin peniris minyak bawang goreng kapasitas 100 kg/jam . Penelitian ini dilakukan di workshop: jln. Limau manis Gg. Kalem-Tg morawa. Hasil dan pembahasan Pembuatan mesin peniris minyak bawang goreng untuk produksi bawang goreng dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur, yakni persiapan alat dan bahan, pemotongan besi hollow, pengelasan rangka dan perakitan, Dimana waktu pembuatan memakan waktu selama ± 7 jam 12 menit dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan mesin peniris minyak bawang goreng sebesar Rp.7.320.000 rupiah. Based on BPS data, Indonesia from January to July 2017 has exported shallots to several countries reaching 657.3 tons. As with agricultural products in general, shallots have specific characteristics, namely: (1) Seasonibel, which is produced seasonally, (2) perishabel, which is easily rotten and damaged, (3) bulky, is bulk; and (4) voluminous, which requires a large enough space or place (Samadi and Cahyono, 2005). Characteristics of shallots that can only be planted seasonally cause the fall of the selling price of shallots at harvesting. Reduced farmers during the harvest season, the price of shallots is around Rp. 10,000, .-/kg, still below the break-even price which is around Rp. 13,000,/kg. The purpose of this study made an automatic onion sisters with a production capacity of 100 kg/hour. The method used in this study is a quantitative method which directly makes a 100 kg/hour fried onions. This research was conducted at the Workshop: Jln. Sweet Lime Gg. Calm-tg Morawa. Results and Discussion of Making Fried Onion Oil Surisy Machines For Fried Onion Production is carried out by following the procedure, namely the preparation of tools and materials, cutting iron hollow, frame welding and assembly, where the manufacturing time takes ± 7 hours 12 minutes and the costs required in making the fried onion oil sisters are Rp.7,320,000 rupiah. |
