dc.description.abstractDaun bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.), serai wangi (Cymbopogon nardus (L) Rendle)) dan eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) merupakan tumbuhan hidup liar di alam serta mengandung metabolit sekunder yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan cendawan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak daun bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.), serai wangi (Cymbopogon nardus (L) Rendle)) dan eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) sebagai biofungisida terhadap penyebab gugur daun (Pestalotiopsis sp.) pada tanaman karet (Hevea brasiliensis). Isolat Pestalotiopsis sp. didapatkan dari hasil koleksi Laboratorium Proteksi Tanaman Universitas Medan Area. Hasil analisis fitokimia ekstrak daun bandotan, serai wangi dan eceng gondok diketahui mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang termasuk dalam golongan flavonoid, alkaloid, triterpenoid, steroid, saponin, dan tanin yang berperan sebagai antimikroba. Uji daya hambat diameter koloni dari ekstrak daun bandotan, serai wangi, dan eceng gondok terhadap jamur Pestalotiopsis sp. secara in vitro dilakukan dalam cawan petri dengan metode kultur jamur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun tersebut berpotensi sebagai biofungisida, Perlakuan BD₁ ekstrak daun Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) 5% merupakan perlakuan yang terbaik yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan diameter koloni Pestalotiopsis sp. sampai 4 HSI dengan persentase penghambat sebesar 38,46%. Bandotan leaves (Ageratum conyzoides L.), fragrant lemongrass (cymbopogon nardus (L) rendle)) and water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) are wild living plants in nature and contain secondary metabolites that can inhibit the growth of fungus. Research aims to determine the effectiveness of Bandotan leaf extract (Ageratum conyzoides L.), Cymbopogon Nardus (L) Rendle) and water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) as a biofungicide on the cause of leaf falling (pestalotsis sp. PESTALOTIOPSIS SP. It was obtained from the results of the Medan Area University Plant Protection Laboratory Collection. The results of phytochemical analysis of bandotan leaf extract, fragrant lemongrass and water hyacinth are known to contain secondary metabolitic compounds that are included in the group of flavonoids, alkaloids, triterpenoids, steroids, saponins, and tannins that act as antimicrobials. The inhibition test of the diameter of the colony of the bandotan leaf extract, the fragrant lemongrass, and the water hyacinth against the pestalotsis sp. In vitro is done in a petri dish with a fungal culture method. The results showed that the leaf extract had the potential to be a biofungicide, the treatment of BD₁ Bandotan leaf extract (Ageratum conyzoides L.) 5% is the best treatment that can inhibit the growth of the diameter of Pestalotsis sp. up to 4 HSI with a percentage of inhibitors of 38.46%.en_US
