Analisis Penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Stadion Martial Arts Arena Batang Kuis

Abstract

Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu cara untuk melindungi para karyawan dari bahaya kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit kerja yang mungkin terjadi akibat selama bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan K3 diterapkan dengan baik, serta faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi penerapan k3 tersebut. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kursioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan yang terlibat dalam proyek kontruksi stadion tersebut. Hasil pengumpulan data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan analisis frequensi statistic menggunakan software IBM SPSS statistic 29. Hasil analisis menunjukkan faktor-faktor keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) memiliki pengaruh atau hubungan kuat terhadap penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) dengan menggunakan perhitungan koefisien korelasi. Berdasarkan uji f hasil koefisien korelasi signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Manajemen K3 (X1) maka akan semakin tinggi Penerapan K3 (Y) dan Apabila variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1 satuan maka variabel Penerapan K3 (Y) akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0.275. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Lingkungan Kerja (X2) maka akan semakin tinggi Penerapan K3 (Y). Sehingga penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada proyek pembangunan stadion martial arts arena dapat dikategorikan baik. Occupational safety and health (K3) is one way to protect employees from the dangers of work accidents and occupational diseases that may occur during work. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of K3 is implemented well, as well as what factors influence the implementation of K3. To achieve this goal, this study uses a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to employees involved in the stadium construction project. The results of the collected data collection were then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests and statistical frequency analysis using IBM SPSS statistic 29 software. The results of the analysis show that occupational safety and health (K3) factors have a strong influence or relationship to the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) using correlation coefficient calculations. Based on the f test, the correlation coefficient results are significant. The results of the study show that the higher the level of K3 Management (X1), the higher the Implementation of K3 (Y) and if the Work Environment variable (X2) increases by 1 unit, the variable Implementation of K3 (Y) will increase by 0.275. This shows that the better the Work Environment (X2), the higher the implementation of K3 (Y). So the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the martial arts arena stadium construction project can be categorized as good.
