Abstract: Ketel uap memiliki komponen seperti pipa penguapan, pemanas lanjut, pemanas air, dan pemanas udara. Uap panas dari ketel dipakai sebagai sumber energi penting dalam berbagai industri. Dari pendekatan terapan dan langkah-langkah metodologis yang jelas, diharapkan penelitian bisa memberikan solusi yang bermanfaat dan berkontribusi terhadap manufaktur ketel induksi dengan tekanan 200 kPa. Hasil kalkulasi listrik didapatkan arus listrik yang mengalir pada boiler senilai 13.63 A dan hambatan senilai 16.14 Ω. Hasil kalkulasi waktu pemanasan air pada boiler selama 4 menit. Hasil kalkulasi efisiensi maksimum pada tabung 1 didapatkan 20.10 %. Kalkulasi efisiensi maksimum pada tabung 2 didapatkan 25.37 %. Hasil kalkulasi efisiensi maksimum pada tabung 1 ke 2 didapatkan 20.88 % sementara tabung 2 ke 3 sebesar 19,02%. Hasil kalkulasi kalor pada tabung 1 ke 2 didapatkan 504.000 J sementara kalkulasi kalor pada tabung 2 ke 3 didapatkan 271.350 J. Kalkulasi laju perpindahan kalor secara konduksi ialah 23.85 J/s. Kalkulasi laju perpindahan kalor secara konveksi dari tabung 1 ke 2 ialah 0,01217535 J/s sementara dari tabung 2 ke 3 ialah 0,019887975 J/s. A steam boiler has components such as evaporation pipes, superheaters, water heaters, and air heaters. Hot steam from the boiler is used as an important energy source in various industries. From an applied approach and clear methodological steps, it is hoped that this research can provide useful solutions and contribute to the manufacture of induction boilers with a pressure of 200 kPa. The results of electrical calculations obtained an electric current flowing in the boiler of 13.63 A and a resistance of 16.14 Ω. The results of the calculation of the water heating time in the boiler for 4 minutes. The results of the calculation of the maximum efficiency in tube 1 obtained 20.10%. The calculation of the maximum efficiency in tube 2 obtained 25.37%. The results of the calculation of the maximum efficiency in tubes 1 to 2 obtained 20.88% while tubes 2 to 3 were 19.02%. The results of the heat calculation in tubes 1 to 2 obtained 504,000 J while the heat calculation in tubes 2 to 3 obtained 271,350 J. The calculation of the rate of heat transfer by conduction is 23.85 J/s. The calculation of the rate of heat transfer by convection from tube 1 to 2 is 0.01217535 J/s while from tube 2 to 3 is 0.019887975 J/s.
