dc.description.abstract | Sistem manufaktur merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengubah sumber daya (material, modal, tenaga, energi, dan keterampilan) menjadi produk (barang atau jasa) yang dapat diperjual oleh perusahaan dengan melakukan proses produksi untuk menambah nilai tambah dari suatu sumber daya seperti pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Objek penelitian dilakukan pada mesin peraut lidi sawit berkapasitas 100 kg/jam. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan experimental design dimana peneliti melakukan uji kebisingan dan getaran pada mesin perut lidi berkapasitas 100kg/jam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ini diharapkan nantinya bisa memudahkan se-efesien dan se-efektif mungkin agar bisa menghasilkan produksi lidi sawit yg baik dan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pembuatan mesin peraut lidi sawit berkapasitas 100 kg/jam telah selesai diproduksi sejumlah satu unit, bentuk serta dimensinya sesuai dengan rancangan. pengujian secara eksperimental pada mesin tersebut untuk mengetahui kekuatan struktur pada titik-titik yang telah ditentukan telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur kebisingan dan getaran. Adapun titik pengukuran dilakukan pada daerah rumah serut (cover), tiang rangka dan dudukan mesin penggerak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada rumah serut (cover), tiang rangka dan dudukan mesin menghasilkan hasil pengukuran tertinggi tanpa adanya beban terhadap pengujian getaran dan kebisingan. Hasil pengukuran pada getaran dan kebisingan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali dengan hasil menunjukkan perbedaan yang kurang signifikan. Perbaikan di masa mendatang dapat dilakukan dengan menambah repetisi pada pengujiannya. The manufacturing system is a series of activities carried out to convert resources (materials, capital, labor, energy, and skills) into products (goods or services) that can be sold by the company by carrying out the production process to add value added to the resource such as in companies engaged in manufacturing. The object of this research carried out in palm stick sharpening machine a capacity of 100 kg/hour. The research method was carried out using experimental design where researchers conduct noise and vibration tests on a 100kg/hour capacity stick belly machine. The purpose of this research is to facilitate as efficient and effective as possible in order to produce good and effective palm stick production. The results show that the process of making a 100 kg/hour capacity palm stick sanding machine has been completed in the production of one unit, the shape and dimensions are in based on the design. Experimental testing on the machine to determine the strength of the structure at predetermined points has been carried out using noise and vibration measuring instruments. The measurement points were carried out in the area of the shaved house (cover), the frame pole and the drive engine mount. The results showed that the cover, frame pole and engine mount produced the highest measurement results without any load on vibration and noise testing. The results of measurements on vibration and noise were carried out 3 times with the results showing less significant differences. Future improvements can be made by adding repetitions to the test. | en_US |
