dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PUD Rumah Potong Hewan Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif . Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode dalam pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Dengan hasil penelitian: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Hal ini dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan t hitung (3.228) > t tabel (1.987). (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Hal ini dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan t hitung (2.293) > t tabel (1.987). (3) kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Hal ini dilihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan t hit ung (4.832) > t tabel (1.987). kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi karyawan secara serempak berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai F hitung > F tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < (0,05).This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and employee competence on employee performance at PUD Rumah Potong Hewan Kota Medan. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of 96 respondents, with the sampling technique using a saturated sampling method, where the entire population is taken as the sample. Data collection methods include questionnaires and literature studies. Data analysis methods involve descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. The research results indicate that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of (0.000) < 0.05 and t-value (3.228) > t-table (1.987). (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of (0.000) < 0.05 and t-value (2.293) > t-table (1.987). (3) Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a significance value of (0.000) < 0.05 and t-value (4.832) > t-table (1.987). Additionally, transformational leadership, organizational culture, and employee competence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by F-value > F-table and a significance level of (0.000) < (0.05). | en_US |
