Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh online Customer Review dan Layanan Cash on Delivery (COD) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Secara online di Marketplace Shopee pada Generasi Z di Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara, metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini populasinya adalah semua mahasiswa aktif Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera utara tahun 2024 yang diambil dari PDDikti (2024) dan jumlah populasi adalah 1.162 orang dan penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus solvin dan mendapatkan hasil 92 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 dan mendapatkan hasil (1) Online Customer Review berpengaruh Positif dan secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.837) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.986). (2) Cash on Delivery berpengaruh Positif dan secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (7.081) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.986) (3) Online Customer Review (X1), dan Cash on Delivery (X2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Online Customer Review and Cash on Delivery (COD) Services on online Purchasing Decisions at the Shopee Marketplace in Generation Z in the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra, the research method used in this study was quantitative. This research population is all active students of the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra in 2024 taken from PDDikti (2024) and the total population is 1,162 people. and the determination of the sample in this study using the Solvin formula and getting the results of 92 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05. and get the results (1) Online Customer Review has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < from 0.05 and t-count (4. (2) Cash on Delivery has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < 0.05 and t-count (7.081) > compared to t-table (1.986) (3) Online Customer Review (X1), and Cash on Delivery (X2) simultaneously are significant to Purchasing Decisions.
