Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji peran mediasi stres kerja dalam hubungan work life balance, dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru PAUD di kabupaten Labuhanbatu sumatera Utara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 345 partisan. Metode penelitian yang digunkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatana analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode SEM-PLS dengan model Seconds Orders. Pengambilan data menggunkan teknik survei dengan pendekatan psikometrik. Penentuan sampel menggunkan komparasi besaran jumlah item skala pengukuran, distribusi dan penarikan sampel dilakukan secara random. Karakteristik responden diukur menggunkan data mengenai demografi. Parameter pengukuran menggukana menggukana kategori berdasarkan leveldata yaitu rendah, tinggi dan sedang. Hasil analisis metode SEM-PLS didapatkan hasil bahwa secara langsung work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien 0,38, t-statistik 6,888, p-value 0,000, kemudian dukungan sosial secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien 0,116, t-statistik 2,141, p-value 0,016, begitupun hubungan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien -0,335, t-statistik 7,661, p-value 0,000, lalu Work-life balance terhadap stres kerja pun terbukti signifiakan dengan koefisien -0,152, t-statistik 2,733 dan p-value 0,003 dan dukungan sosial terhadapa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien -0,318, t-statistik 7,022, p-value 0,000. Setelah dilakukan uji mediasi, secara tidak langsung stres kerja mampu berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan work life balance dan dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dengan nilai koefisien 0,051, t-statistik2,449, p-value 0,007 untuk worklife balance dan koefisien 0,107, t-statistik 5,825, p-value 0,000 pada penguruh dukungan sosial. Semua hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian teruji terbukti secara empiris dan temuan utmanya bahwa dalam model yang diajukan stres mampu berperan sebagai mediator pada workife balance dan dukungan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja. This study aims to test the mediating role of work stress in the relationship between work-life balance, social support, and teacher job satisfaction. The study was conducted on PAUD teachers in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra with a sample of 345 participants. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive statistical analysis approach and the SEM-PLS method with the Seconds Orders model. Data collection uses a psychometric survey technique. Determination of the sample uses a comparison of the number of measurement scale items, distribution, and sampling is done randomly. Respondent characteristics are measured using demographic data. Measurement parameters use categories based on data levels, namely low, high, and medium. The results of the SEM-PLS method analysis showed that work-life balance directly has a positive effect on teacher job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.38, t-statistic 6.888, a p-value of 0.000, then social support directly has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.116, t-statistic 2.141, p-value 0.016, likewise the relationship between work stress has a negative and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction with a coefficient value of -0.335, t-statistic 7.661, pvalue 0.000, then Work-life balance on work stress is also proven to be significant with a coefficient of -0.152, t-statistic 2.733 and p-value 0.003 and social support on work stress has a significant effect with a coefficient of -0.318, t-statistic 7.022, p-value 0.000. After conducting a mediation test, indirectly work stress is able to act as a mediator in the relationship between work-life balance and social support on job satisfaction partially with a coefficient value of 0.051, t-statistic of 2.449, pvalue 0.007 for work-life balance and a coefficient of 0.107, t-statistic 5.825, pvalue 0.000 on the influence of social support. All hypotheses proposed in the study were empirically proven and the main finding is that in the proposed model stress is able to act as a mediator in work-life balance and social support on job satisfaction. |
