dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived organizational support (POS) terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat dengan work-family conflict (WFC) sebagai variabel mediator. Dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan (POS) merupakan persepsi karyawan terhadap sejauh mana organisasi peduli terhadap kesejahteraan mereka. Konflik pekerjaan-keluarga (WFC) merujuk pada ketegangan yang muncul akibat ketidakseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab keluarga, yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan kerja.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis jalur untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa POS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap WFC dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 22,033 (> 1,96) dan p-value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), sehingga hipotesis pertama diterima. Selanjutnya, WFC terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 10,248 (> 1,96) dan p-value sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), mendukung hipotesis kedua. POS juga berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,041 (> 1,96) dan p-value sebesar 0,002 (< 0,05), sehingga hipotesis ketiga diterima. Selain itu, WFC berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara POS dan kepuasan kerja, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,092 (> 1,96) dan p-value sebesar 0,002 (< 0,05), mendukung hipotesis keempat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan tidak hanya memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, tetapi juga secara tidak langsung melalui pengurangan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat sekaligus mengurangi konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support (POS) on nurses' job satisfaction with work-family conflict (WFC) as a mediator variable. Perceived organizational support (POS) is an employee's perception of the extent to which the organization cares about their well-being. Work-family conflict (WFC) refers to the tension that arises due to an imbalance between work demands and family responsibilities, which can affect job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with the path analysis method to test the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis show that POS has a significant effect on WFC with a t-statistic value of 22.033 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), so the first hypothesis is accepted. Furthermore, WFC is proven to have an effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 10.248 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05), supporting the second hypothesis. POS also has a direct effect on job satisfaction with a t-statistic value of 3.041 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.002 (< 0.05), so the third hypothesis is accepted. In addition, WFC acts as a mediator in the relationship between POS and job satisfaction, as indicated by a t-statistic value of 3.092 (> 1.96) and a p-value of 0.002 (< 0.05), supporting the fourth hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that perceived organizational support not only has a direct effect on job satisfaction, but also indirectly through reducing work-family conflict. These findings underscore the importance of creating a supportive work environment to improve nurse job satisfaction while reducing work-family conflict.). | en_US |
