dc.description.abstract | Konsumsi sayuran penduduk indonesia saat ini masih tergolong rendah. Karena itu diperlukan asupan gizi yang baik dari hasil budidaya sayuran organik seperti microgreens. Microgreens adalah tanaman berumur 7-14 hari yang memiliki kandungan gizi 4-40 kali lebih besar dari tanaman dewasa. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi microgreens tanaman selada merah (Lactuca sativa L. Var. Olga Red) terhadap pemberian air kelapa serta penggunaan berbagai jenis media tanam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yang diteliti,Faktor pertama yaitu pemberian air kelapa,dan air biasa dengan 4 taraf: A0 = Kontrol tanpa air kelapa (air biasa 100 ml/nampan), A1 = Air kelapa 85 ml/nampan, A2 = Air kelapa 95 ml/nampan, A3 = Air kelapa 105 ml/nampan. Faktor kedua yaitu perbedaan media tanam yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: M1= Cocopeat 300 gr, M2= Kompos 300 gr, M3= Kompos & Cocopeat 150 gr + 150 gr. Pada perlakuan air kelapa memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap presentase tumbuh, sedangkan pada parameter pengamatan tinggi microgreen, jumlah daun, berat segar per sampel, berat segar per nampan dan panjang akar microgreen tidak berpengaruh nyata pada microgreen selada merah. Pada perlakuan media tanam memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap presentase tumbuh, tinggi microgreen, berat segar microgreen per nampan, dan panjang akar microgreen per sampel, sedangkan pada parameter pengamatan jumlah daun, dan berat segar per sampel tidak berpengaruh nyata pada microgreen selada merah. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dosis terbaik yang diperoleh yaitu Air kelapa 95 ml/nampan dan media tanam cocopeat 300gr. Indonesian people's vegetable consumption is currently still relatively low. Therefore, good nutritional intake is needed from organic vegetable cultivation such as microgreens. Microgreens are 7-14 day old plants that have a nutritional content 4-40 times greater than mature plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth and production response of red lettuce microgreens (Lactuca sativa L. Var. Olga Red) to the provision of coconut water and the use of various types of planting media. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial with 2 treatment factors studied, the first factor was the provision of coconut water, and plain water with 4 levels: A0 = Control without coconut water (plain water 100 ml / tray), A1 = Coconut water 85 ml / tray, A2 = Coconut water 95 ml / tray, A3 = Coconut water 105 ml / tray. The second factor is the difference in planting media consisting of 3 levels, namely: M1 = Cocopeat 300 gr, M2 = Compost 300 gr, M3 = Compost & Cocopeat 150 gr + 150 gr. In the coconut water treatment, it has a very significant effect on the growth percentage, while the observation parameters of microgreen height, number of leaves, fresh weight per sample, fresh weight per tray and length of microgreen roots have no significant effect on red lettuce microgreens. In the planting media treatment, it has a very significant effect on the growth percentage, microgreen height, fresh weight of microgreens per tray, and length of microgreen roots per sample, while the observation parameters of the number of leaves, and fresh weight per sample have no significant effect on red lettuce microgreens. Based on the research that has been done, the best dose obtained is 95 ml coconut water / tray and 300gr cocopeat planting media. | en_US |
