Abstract: | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui subjective well being dan character strength ditinjau dari keaktifan mengikuti pembinaan mental. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah istri prajurit TNI-AD dengan sampel sebanyak 330 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil analisa data uji perbedaan ANAVA satu jalur menemukan tidak ada perbedaan Subjective well-being antara kelompok yang aktif dengan kelompok yang jarang aktif, ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F=0.287, p=0.593 atau p>0.05. Dilihat dari rerata subjective well being untuk kelompok yang aktif adalah 47,55 sedangkan kelompok yang jarang aktif sebesar 47,14. Uji perbedaan ANAVA satu jalur character strenght menemukan tidak ada perbedaan Character Strength antara kelompok yang aktif dengan kelompok yang jarang aktif, ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F=0.980, p=0.323 atau p>0.05. Dilihat dari rerata Character strength untuk kelompok yang aktif adalah sebesar 54.31, sedangkan kelompok yang jarang aktif sebesar 55.06. Hasil ini menunjukkan pembinaan mental tidak mempengaruhi subjective well-being dan character strength. The study aims to determine subjective well-being and character strength in terms of the activeness of participating in mental training. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were the wives of TNI-AD soldiers, sample of 330 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of the one-way ANOVA test data analysis found no difference in Subjective well-being between the active group and the rarely active group, the coefficient F=0.287, p=0.593 or p>0.05. the average subjective well-being for the active group is 47,55 and the rarely active group is 47,14. The one-way ANOVA found no difference in Character Strength between the active group and the rarely active group, the coefficient F=0.980, p=0.323 or p>0.05. Judging from the average Character strength for the active group is 54,31, the rarely active group is 55,06. These results show that mental coaching doesn’t affect subjective well-being and character strength. |
