dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya Penyelenggaraan program jaminan sosial adalah kewajiban bagi setiap Negara untuk memberikan perlindungan sosial ekonomi kepada masyarakat untuk menjamin kehidupannya namun Karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dituntut agar mengerjakan pekerjaan berdasarkan target, upaya untuk melakukan perluasan kepesertaan diberbagai macam sektor, menyebabkan pegawai harus menentukan stategi yang efisien agar memudahkan dalam pencapaian target, Adanya tuntutan kerja dan beban kerja yang tinggi mengharuskan pihak internal BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk memberikan dorongan atau motivasi kerja agar karyawan terdorong untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja, maka dari itu seorang karyawan harus mendapatkan motivasi kerja sesuai dengan beban dan tuntutan kerja yang diberikan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengenalisis Peranan Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan di Kantor Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Serta Untuk menganalisis faktor penghambat Peranan Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan di Kantor Cabang Padangsidimpuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan berdasrkan indikator teoi Hasibuan (2014) yaitu adanya kebutuhan fisiologis menyebabkan program ini berjalan baik karena pekerja diberikan suplemen tambahan maupun uang saku saat mereka melakukan kegiatan lembur, kemudian adanya kebutuhan kemanan dan keselamatan yang sudah ditetapkan berdasrkan UUD dan praturan internal BPJS di Kantor Cabang Padangsidimpuan,lalu adanya kebutuhan social dan kebutuhan penghargaan yang diberikan kepada pegawai untuk menumbuhkan rasa semngat kerja bagi diri mereka dan adanya kebutuhan akutulasi dengan mengikuti aturan sesuai Standar Operasion Prosedur. This research is motivated by the existence of the implementation of social security programs is an obligation for every country to provide socio-economic protection to the community to guarantee their lives, but BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees are required to do work based on targets, efforts to expand membership in various sectors, causing employees to have to determine efficient strategies to facilitate the achievement of targets, The existence of high work demands and workloads requires the internal BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to provide encouragement or work motivation so that employees are encouraged to improve their performance. There is a strong relationship between work motivation and performance, therefore an employee must get work motivation according to the workload and demands given. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Role of Motivation in Increasing Work Productivity of Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Employment Employees at the Padangsidimpuan Branch Office. And to analyze the inhibiting factors of the Role of Motivation in Increasing Work Productivity of Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Employment Employees at the Padangsidimpuan Branch Office. The results of this study indicate based on the indicators of Hasibuan's theory (2014), namely the existence of physiological needs causes this program to run well because workers are given additional supplements or pocket money when they do overtime activities, then there is the need for security and safety that has been determined based on the Constitution and internal regulations of BPJS at the Padangsidimpuan Branch Office, then there is the need for social and appreciation needs given to employees to foster a sense of work enthusiasm for themselves and there is the need for accrual by following the rules according to Standard Operating Procedures. | en_US |
