dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan perencanaan karir terhadap career exploration dan self-efficacy dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XI jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis SMK N 3 Padang, melalui penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subyek adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis SMK N 3 Padang yang memiliki tingkat career exploration dan self- efficacy dalam pengambilan keputusan karir dalam kategori rendah, yaitu sebanyak 7 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan instrumen skala career exploration dan self-efficacy dalam pengambilan keputusan karir yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Uji wilcoxon digunakan untuk uji hipotesis dengan aplikasi SPSS 23 pada hasil pretest-posttest menghasilkan nilai signifikan 0,018 pada career exploration (Asymp.sig < 0,05) dengan Z hitung sebesar -2.371, dan nilai signifikan 0,018 pada self-efficacy dalam pengambilan keputusan karir (Asymp.sig < 0,05) dengan Z hitung sebesar -2.366, sehingga disimpulkan ada pengaruh pelatihan perencanaan karir terhadap career exploration dan self-efficacy dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XI jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis SMK N 3 Padang. This study aims to determine the effect of career planning training on career exploration and self-efficacy in career decision making class XI students majoring in office management and business services at SMK N 3 Padang, through experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were of class XI students majoring in office management and business services at SMK N 3 Padang who had a low level of career exploration and self-efficacy in career decision making, which was 7 students. Data collection was through a questionnaire with a career exploration and self-efficacy scale instrument in career decision making that had been tested for validity and reliability. The Wilcoxon test was used to test the hypothesis with the SPSS 23 application on the pretest-posttest results producing a significant value of 0.018 on career exploration (Asymp.sig <0.05) with a calculated Z of -2.371, and a significant value of 0.018 on self-efficacy in career decision making (Asymp.sig <0.05) with a calculated Z of -2.366, so it is concluded that there is an effect of career planning training on career exploration and self-efficacy in career decision making of class XI students majoring in office management and business services at SMK N 3 Padang.en_US
