Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Insan Kesuma Madani dalam menghadapi asesmen madrasah. Asesmen madrasah yang lebih bersifat komprehensif dengan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap religius yang bukan hanya ujian tertulis tetapi juga lewat praktik nyata dan portofolio keagamaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada sejumlah siswa sebagai sampel. Self-efficacy dipahami sebagai keyakinan siswa terhadap kemampuan mereka untuk menyelesaikan tugas belajar, sedangkan motivasi berprestasi merujuk pada dorongan internal siswa untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Kemandirian belajar diukur melalui aspek kemampuan emosional, kemandirian prilaku dan kemandirian nilai. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dan motivasi berprestasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Selain itu, interaksi antara kedua variabel independen tersebut juga memperkuat tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MA Swasta Insan Kesuma Mandiri, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,974 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05; dan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan self efficacy terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di MA Swasta Insan Kesuma Mandiri, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 1,850 nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta adanya pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan self efficacy secara simultan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Kontribusi motivasi berprestasi dan self efficacy secara simultan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa adalah sebesar 19,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 80.5 % dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model atau di luar variabel yang diajukan dalam penelitian. Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and achievement motivation on the learning independence of students at Insan Kesuma Madani Private Islamic Senior High School in facing the madrasah assessment. Madrasah assessment is more comprehensive with knowledge, skills, and religious attitudes that are not only written exams but also through real practice and religious portfolios. A quantitative approach is used in this study with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to a number of students as samples. Self-efficacy is understood as students' belief in their ability to complete learning tasks, while achievement motivation refers to students' internal drive to achieve optimal learning outcomes. Learning independence is measured through aspects of emotional ability, behavioral independence and value independence. The results of data analysis show that self-efficacy and achievement motivation have a significant positive influence on students' learning independence. In addition, the interaction between the two independent variables also strengthens the level of students' learning independence. This is evidenced by the positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on students' learning independence at Insan Kesuma Mandiri Private Islamic Senior High School, with a t-value of 1.974 and a probability value of 0.000 <0.05; and there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on students' learning independence at MA Swasta Insan Kesuma Mandiri, with a t-value of 1.850, a probability value of 0.000 <0.05 and there is a significant influence between achievement motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously on students' learning independence. The contribution of achievement motivation and self-efficacy simultaneously to students' learning independence is 19.5% while the remaining 80.5% can be explained by other variables outside the model or outside the variables proposed in the study.
