Abstract: | Selada termasuk ke dalam famili Alsteraceae dan mempunyai nilai ekonomis tinggi. Selada mengandung mineral iodium, fosfor, besi, tembaga, kobalt, seng,kalsium, mangan dan kalium sehingga berkhasiat dalam menjaga keseimbangantubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui respon tanaman selada (Lactuva sativa L.) dengan pemberian pupuk kandang kambing.Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Falkultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, jalan PBSI Pasar V Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan, dimulai bulan Februari sampai April 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, dimana faktor pertama adalah Pupuk Kandang Kambing (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf. Faktor pertama berbagai dosis Pupuk Kandang Kambing yaitu K0 = Tanpa Pupuk Kandang Kambing, K1 = 250 gr/plot, K 500 gr/plot, K3 =750 gr/plot. Faktor kedua berbagai dosis Biochar arang kayu yaitu B0, B1 125 gr/plot,B2= 250 gr/plot, B3= 375 gr/plot. Peubah yang diamati adalah :Tinggi Tanaman(cm), Jumlah Daun (helai), Bobot Basah Tanaman (g), Bobot Kering Tanaman (g), Volume Akar (cm). Lettuce belongs to the Alsteraceae family and has high economic value. Lettuce contains the minerals iodine, phosphorus, iron, copper, cobalt, zinc, calcium, manganese and potassium so that it is efficacious in maintaining body balance. This study aims to determine the response of lettuce plants (Lactuva sativa L.) to the provision of goat manure. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Medan Area University, Jalan PBSI Pasar V Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang. The research was conducted for 3 months, starting from February to April 2024. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two factors, where the first factor was Goat Manure (K) which consisted of 4 levels. The first factor was various doses of Goat Manure, namely K0 = Without Goat Manure, K1 = 250 gr/plot, K 500 gr/plot, K3 = 750 gr/plot. The second factor is various doses of wood charcoal Biochar, namely B0, B1 125 gr/plot, B2 = 250 gr/plot, B3 = 375 gr/plot. The variables observed are: Plant Height (cm), Number of Leaves (strands), Plant Wet Weight (g), Plant Dry Weight (g), Root Volume (cm). |
