Adopsi Inovasi Teknologi Traktor Tangan (Handtractor) Pada Usaha Tani Padi Sawah

Abstract

untuk mengetahui adopsi terhadap suatu inovasi tidak mustahil memerlukan proses yang memakan waktu yang lama, karena berkaitan dengan Perubahan perilaku seseorang berupa pengetahuan, sikap maupun keterampilan pada diri seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses adopsi inovasi traktor tangan (handtractor) pada usahatani padi sawah di Desa Lumban Binanga Kecamatan Uluan Kabupaten Toba. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara metode purposive (sengaja). Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (indept interview). Analisis data peneliti menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Pengolahan data secara interaktif berlangsung terus menerus hingga tuntas pada tahap tertentu, sehingga data yang diperoleh telah jenuh ( hasilnya sama dan tidak didapatkan atau informasi baru). dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa di proses adopsi inovasi Teknologi Traktor Tangan terdapat kesulitan pada tahap trial dan di tahap kemudahan untuk mencoba di karakteristik inovasi. mereka mengetahui bahwa produk baru Traktor Tangan tidak sulit untuk di coba di lahan pertanian mereka dan di tahap adoption persentase bertambah lebih tinggi di bandingkan di tahap trial hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena para petani. Knowing the adoption of an innovation is not impossible to require a long process of time, because it is related to changes in one 's behavior in the form of knowledge, attitudes, and skills within oneself This research aimed to find out the adoption process of hand tractor innovation in lowland rice farming in Lumban Binanga Village, Uluan Subdistrict, Toba Regency. The determination of the research location was ca"ied out using a purposive method (deliberately). The sampling method was conducted using the census method. Data collection techniques in this qualitative descriptive research were carried out by in-depth interviews. The data analysis used by the researcher was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The data processing interactively continued until it was complete at a certain stage, so the obtained data had reached saturation (the results were the same and no new information was obtained). It could be concluded that in the adoption process of hand tractor technology innovation, there were difficulties in the trial stage and ease at the tria/ability stage in innovation characteristics. They realized that the new product, the hand tractor, was not difficult to try in their agricultural land, and at the adoption stage, the percentage increased higher than at the trial stage; this happened because of the farmers.
