Abstract: HDB adalah penyakit penting pada tanaman padi yang diakibatkan oleh bakteri dan umum disebut sebagai penyakit kresek. Penyakit hawar daun bakteri dapat menyebabkan kerugian panen mencapai 70%-80% di Indonesia, sehingga menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi yang cukup besar. Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae menyerang padi pada semua fase pertumbuhan mulai dari fase persemaian sampai menjelang panen, dimana penyakit HDB menginfeksi tanaman padi pada bagian daun melalui luka daun atau lubang alami berupa stomata dan merusak klorofil daun. Untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari ekstrak berbagai tanaman daun kemangi (Ocimum basilicum), daun jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia), daun mimba (Azachdirachta indica) sebagai biobakterisida terhadap Penyakit Hawar Daun Bakteri (Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae Pada Tanaman Padi (Oryza sativa L.). Perlakuan ekstrak daun cengkeh, daun mimba dan daun kemangi disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap Non Faktorial (RAL Non Faktorial) untuk analisis dengan taraf faktor sebagai berikut : B0 = Kontrol Negatif (tanpa perlakuan 100% kertas cakram) B1 = Kontrol Positif (bakterisida sintetik bakterisida sintetik Plantomycin 7 SP +100% kertas cakram) B2 = Ekstrak jeruk nipis 10% B3 = Ekstrak jeruk nipis 15% B4 = Ekstrak Jeruk nipis 25% B5 = Ekstrak daun mimba 10% B6 = Ekstrak daun mimba 15% B7 = Ekstrak daun mimba 25% B8 = Ekstrak daun kemangi 10% B9 = Ekstrak daun kemangi 15% B10 = Ekstrak daun kemangi 25%. Hasil penelitian Pada perlakuan Konsentrasi terbaik dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae secara optimal adalah ekstrak kemangi (Ocimum basilicum) dengan konsentrasi 25% hal ini diduga kandungansenyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat pada daun kemangi (Ocimum basilicum) sangat kuat dan stabil. HDB is an important disease of rice plants caused by bacteria and is commonly referred to as crackle disease. Bacterial leaf blight disease can cause crop losses of up to 70%-80% in Indonesia, causing significant economic losses. Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae attacks rice at all growth phases starting from the seedling phase until just before harvest, where HDB disease infects rice plants in the leaves through leaf wounds or natural holes in the form of stomata and destroys leaf chlorophyll. To determine the effectiveness of extracts from various plants such as basil leaves (Ocimum basilicum), lime leaves (Citrus aurantifolia), neem leaves (Azachdirachta indica) as biobactericides against bacterial leaf blight (Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae on rice plants (Oryza). sativa L.). The treatment of clove leaf extract, neem leaf and basil leaf was arranged in a Completely Randomized Non Factorial Design (Non Factorial RAL) for analysis with the following factor levels: B0 = Negative Control (without 100% paper disc treatment) B1 = Control Positive (synthetic bactericide synthetic bactericide Plantomycin 7 SP +100% disc paper) B2 = 10% lime extract B3 = 15% lime extract B4 = 25% lime extract B5 = 10% neem leaf extract B6 = 15% neem leaf extract B7 = 25% neem leaf extract B8 = 10% basil leaf extract B9 = 15% basil leaf extract B10 = 25% basil leaf extract. Research results of the best concentration treatment in inhibiting the growth of Xanthomonas oryzae pv bacteria. oryzae optimally is basil extract (Ocimum basilicum) with a concentration of 25%. This is thought to contain secondary metabolite compounds found in basil leaves (Ocimum basilicum) which are very strong and stable
