Abstract: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth secara parsial terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa Bimbingan Belajar Grand Education Center. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Bimbingan Belajar Grand Education Center sebanyak 743 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 88 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh word of mouth secara parsial terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa, ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa, ada pengaruh word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa Bimbingan Belajar Grand Education Center. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Word of Mouth partially on the decision to use services, to determine the influence of partial quality of service on the decision to use services and to determine the influence of Word of Mouth and service quality simultaneously on the decision to use Grand Education Center Tutoring services . The population in this study were 743 Grand Education Center Tutoring students. The sample in the study was 88 people taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence of Word of Mouth on the decision to use services, there is a partial influence of service quality on the decision to use services, there is a simultaneous influence of Word of Mouth and service quality on the decision to use Grand Education Center Tutoring services. |
