Abstract: | Analisis penurunan kekentalan beberapa jenis pelumas sepeda motor 4 tak akibat pengaruh umur pakai dan kenaikan temperatur penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan latar belakang kemajuan teknologi semakin pesat, dimana jumlah kendaraan juga semakin meningkat. Sebagaimana telah kita ketahui bahwa kendaraan-kendaraan tersebut pada umumnya menggunakan pelumasan oli. Dengan demikian, penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan dasar pelumas terhadap ketahanan viskositas pelumas dan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh bahan dasar pelumas terhadap power mesin speda motor 4 tak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode experimen dan pengujian di laboratorium dengan alat viscometer dan mesin dyno test dengan menggunakan sepeda motor 4 tak dengan kapasitas 125 cc. Jenis pelumas mempengaruhi penurunan kekentalannya. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, maka kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan penurunan kekentalan dari 3 jenis bahan pelumas dimana nilai penurunan terkecil terdapat di oli mineral dengan angka 0,3 cSt, dan yang ke dua oli semi synthetic dengan angka 0,07 cSt, dan yang ke tiga oli synthetic dengan angka 0,08 cSt, dan jenis pelumas juga mempengaruhi power mesin dimana dari 3jenis bahan oli nilai power dan torsi terbesar di dapatkan dengan menggunakan oli semi Synthetic yaitu nilai power dengan angka 8,62 hp di rpm 6.400 nilai torsi 9,58 N.m di rpm 6.380, dan nilai power dan torsi terbesar ke dua di dapatkan dengan menggunakan oli mineral dengan nilai poower angka 8,39 hp di rpm 6.390, nilai torsi 9,32 N.m di rpm 6.390, dan nilai power dan torsi terkecil di dapatkan dengan menggunakan oli synthetic 8,36 hp di rpm 6.570, nilai torsi 9,04 N.m di rpm 6.570. Analysis of the decrease in viscosity of several types of 4-stroke motorbike lubricant due to the influence of service life and increasing temperature. Research was carried out based on the background of increasingly rapid technological progress, where the number of vehicles is also increasing. As we already know, these vehicles generally use oil lubrication. Thus, the author aims to determine the effect of lubricant base materials on lubricant viscosity resistance and to determine the effect of lubricant base materials on 4-stroke motorbike engine power. The research method used is the experimental method and testing in the laboratory using a viscometer and dyno test engine using a 4-stroke motorbike with a capacity of 125 cc. The type of lubricant affects the reduction in viscosity. Based on the results and discussion, the conclusion of this research is that there are differences in the reduction in viscosity of the 3 types of lubricant materials. Where the smallest reduction value is found in mineral oil with a figure of 0.3 cSt, and the second is semi-synthetic oil with a figure of 0.07 cSt, and the second the third is Synthetic oil with a figure of 0.08 cSt. and the type of lubricant also influences engine power where of the 3 types of oil the largest power and torque value is obtained by using semi-Synthetic oil, namely a power value with a figure of 8.62 hp at 6,400 rpm, a torque value of 9, 58 N.m at 6,380 rpm, and the second largest power and torque value is obtained using mineral oil with a power value of 8.39 hp at 6,390 rpm, a torque value of 9.32 N.m at 6,390 rpm, and the smallest power and torque value obtained by using Synthetic oil 8.36 hp at rpm 6,570, torque value 9.04 N.m at rpm 6,570. |
