Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran, dan efesiensi pemasaran dengan menggunakan analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Perupuk, Kecamatan Lima Puluh Pesisir, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Pemilihan lokasi ini dilakukan secara segaja (purposive), penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini mengguakan metode sensus yang dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini margin pemasaran pada saluran I terdapat perbedaan harga Rp. 8.000 antara nelayan dan konsumen akhir, pada saluran pemasaran II terdapat perbedaan harga Rp. 3.000 antara produsen dengan pedangan besar, pada saluran pemasaran III terdapat perbedaan harga Rp. 6.500 antara produsen dengan pedagang besar dan perbedaan pedagang besar dengan pengolah Rp.3.000 dan pengolah ke pengecer terdapat perbedaan harga Rp. 1.500 sedangkan pengecer ke konsumen terdapat perbedaan harga Rp.2.500 hal ini terjadi dikarenakan adanya pemasaran fisik yaitu transportasi, sedangkan pada saluran IV terdapat perbedaan harga Rp. 6.500 antara produsen dengan pedagang pengecer. Serta hasil efisisensi pemasaran pada saluran I 4%, pada saluran II sebesar 14%, pada saluran III sebesar 12% dan pada saluran IV efesiensi pemasaran 18% maka dapat disimpulkan saluuran pemasaran ikan lidah di daerah penelitian efesiensi, karena saluran pemasaran <50%. This research aims to determine marketing channels, marketing margins and marketing efficiency using descriptive qualitative analysis. This research was conducted in Perupuk Village, Limapuluh Pesisir District, Batu Bara Regency. The selection of this location was carried out purposively, determining the sample in this study using the census method where all the sample population in this study was 30 respondents. Based on the results of this research, the marketing magrin on my channel has a price difference of Rp. 8,000 between fishermen and final consumers, in marketing channel II there is a price difference of Rp. 3,000 between producers and large traders, in marketing channel III there is a price difference of Rp. 6,500 between producers and wholesalers and the difference between wholesalers and processors is Rp.3,000 and between processors and retailers there is a price difference of Rp. 1,500, while from retailers to consumers there is a price difference of Rp. 2,500, this occurs because of physical marketing, namely transportation, while on channel IV there is a price difference of Rp. 6,500 between manufacturers and retailers. And the results of marketing efficiency in channel I are 4%, in channel II it is 14%, in channel III it is 12% and in channel IV the marketing efficiency is 18%, it can be concluded that the marketing channel for tongue fish in the research area is efficient, because the marketing channel is <50%. |
