Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui studi identifikasi komunikasi interpersonal pada karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model try out terpakai. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan angket faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal pada karyawan. Analisis validitas menggunakan product moment dan reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal adalah faktor sikap suportif pada kategori tinggi yaitu 42,5%. selanjutnya faktor sikap terbuka 38,8% kategori sedang. Faktor sikap percaya hanya 8,8% pada kategori rendah. Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar melalui penelitian ini diharapkan agar dapat lebih mendalam lagi untuk mengupas faktor lain yang mempengaruhi komunikasi interpersonal seperti kesempatan untuk maju, keamanan kerja dan lain-lain. Peneliti selanjutnya juga perlu mempertimbangkan lokasi penelitian yang berbeda-beda seperti perusahaan negeri dan swasta lainnya. This study aims to identify and examine interpersonal communication among employees. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, employing an applied try-out model. The study utilized a questionnaire to assess factors influencing interpersonal communication among employees. Validity analysis was conducted using the Pearson Product-Moment correlation, and reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha. Data were analyzed using descriptive percentage statistics. The results showed that the most influential factor in interpersonal communication was a supportive attitude, falling into the high category with 42.5%. Next was openness, categorized as moderate with 38.8%. Trust was the lowest influencing factor, with only 8.8%, falling into the low category. Based on the findings, it is suggested that future research explore additional factors that may affect interpersonal communication, such as opportunities for advancement, job security, and others. Future researchers are also encouraged to consider conducting studies in different settings, including both public and private sector organizations.
