Perbedaan Prilaku Altruistik Ditinjau Dari Siswa Sekolah Dasar Yang Mengikuti Program Pramuka Dan Yang Tidak Mengikuti Pramuka Di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Azmi Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecendrungan perilaku altruism pada siswa yang mengikuti program pramuka dan siswa yang tidak mengikuti Program Pramuka Disekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Azmi Medan. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian survey.Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 60 subjek yang terdiridari 30 subjek yang mengikuti program pramukadan 30 subjek yang tidak mengikuti program pramuka dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kecendrungan prilaku altruistik yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti.Skala kecendrungan prilaku altruism ini memperoleh hasil reliabilitas sebesar 0,829 (α=0,829).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis uji beda independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjuk kanada perbedaan kecendrungan prilaku altruistik, yaitu t=(5,278)=0,000 (p<0,05) antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti program pramuka dan siswa yang tidak mengikuti program pramuka. Kelompok siswa yang mengikuti program pramuka memiliki tingkat kecendrungan prilaku altruistik yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok siswa yang tidak mengikuti program pramuka. This study aims to examine the differences in the level of altruistic behavior tendencies between students who participate in the Scout program and those who do not at Nurul Azmi Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Medan. The researcher employed a survey research design. The study involved 60 participants, consisting of 30 students who participated in the Scout program and 30 students who did not, selected using a convenience sampling method. Data were collected using an altruistic behavior tendency scale developed by the researcher. This scale demonstrated a reliability coefficient of 0.829 (α = 0.829). This research is quantitative in nature and used an independent sample t-test for data analysis. The results indicated a significant difference in altruistic behavior tendencies, with t = (5.278), p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), between the group of students who participated in the Scout program and those who did not. Students who participated in the Scout program showed a higher level of altruistic behavior tendencies compared to those who did not.
