dc.description.abstract | Tiang transmisi dipergunakan untuk mengalirkan energi listrik yang memiliki berbagai faktor inspeksi yang perlu diperhatikan untuk menjaga keandalan serta keamanan sistem transmisi. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi kondisi lingkungan, pondasi, ketegakan, pentanahan, komponen utama penghantar (konduktor), dan komponen pendukung seperti proteksi. Semua faktor inspeksi ini harus dipelihara secara rutin untuk memantau kondisi fisik komponen-komponen tersebut sehingga dapat beroperasi dengan baik sesuai fungsinya. Pemeliharaan jaringan SUTT 150kV TTKNG-BTAGI yang dikelola ULTG Glugur dilakukan oleh tim internal dan petugas Ground Patrol menggunakan aplikasi CBM Transmisi berbasis mobile dan website server. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa dokumentasi foto serta eviden komponen yang diinspeksi di lapangan, kemudian data tersebut disinkronkan dan diolah untuk menghasilkan Healthy Index (HI) pada tower di segmen TTKNG-BTAGI. Pemantauan HI melalui website CBM Transmisi Server secara berkala dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi data dan memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan standar yang berlaku. Status kerawanan tower (aman, waspada, atau kritis) ditentukan dari hasil inspeksi terbaru dengan nilai terendah. Dari hasil analisis data laporan status HI detail antara tanggal 31 Mei hingga 5 Juli, ditemukan bahwa inspeksi yang paling sering mengalami perubahan kondisi adalah pada faktor ketegakan tiang. Persentase Healthy Index terendah pada periode tersebut adalah 76,66% pada 31 Mei 2021, dengan 7 tower dalam status kritis. Sebaliknya, nilai HI tertinggi sebesar 100% tercatat pada 5 Juli 2021, tanpa ada tower dalam status kritis. Perubahan persentase HI dipengaruhi oleh jumlah tower dengan status kritis, yang penyebabnya dapat diidentifikasi melalui laporan internal. Transmission poles are used to conduct electrical energy which has various inspection factors that need to be considered to maintain the reliability and security of the transmission system. These factors include environmental conditions, Foundation, firmness, grounding, the main components of the conductor (conductor), and supporting components such as protection. All of these inspection factors must be maintained regularly to monitor the physical condition of these components so that they can operate properly according to their functions. Maintenance of the SUTT 150kv TTKNG-BTAGI network managed by ULTG Glugur is carried out by internal teams and Ground Patrol officers using a mobile-based transmission CBM application and website server. The data collected in the form of photo documentation and component evidence are inspected in the field, then the data is synchronized and processed to produce a Healthy Index (HI) on the tower in the ttkng-BTAGI segment. HI monitoring through the CBM transmission Server website is periodically carried out to evaluate the data and provide recommendations based on applicable standards. Tower vulnerability Status (safe, alert, or critical) is determined from the latest inspection results with the lowest value. From the analysis of HI detail status report data between May 31 to July 5, it was found that the inspections that most often experienced changes in conditions were on the pole tightness factor. The lowest Healthy Index percentage in the period was 76.66% on May 31, 2021, with 7 towers in critical status. In contrast, the highest HI value of 100% was recorded on July 5, 2021, without any tower in critical status. The change in HI percentage is influenced by the number of towers with critical status, the cause of which can be identified through internal reports. | en_US |
