Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu Dan Karakteristik Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja UKM Cafe Shop Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha Cafe Shop disekitaran Medan selayang dan Sampel sebanyak 30 responden, Berdasarkan hasil t dapat dilihat bahwa thitung pada variabel Karakteristik individu sebesar (2,244 > 2,052), variabel Karakteristik Kewirausahaan sebesar (2.572 > 2,052) pada nilai signifikansi Variabel karakteristik individu 0,809 > 0,05 dan nilai Nilai signifikan variabel karakteristik Kewirausahaan 0,016 < 0,05 terhadap Kinerja UKM. Berdasarkan hasil uji F maka Karakteristik individu dan karakteristik Kewirausahaan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 31,342 > 3,35 terhadap keunggulan bersaing. berdasarkan hasil uji R square sebesar 56,7%. Sisanya sebesar 43,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. The study aims to see "How Individual Characteristics And Entrepreneurial Characteristics Affect Small Online Cafe Shop Performance." This kind of research is associative. The population in this study is the cafe shop shop around the ground and sample as many as 30 respondents, based on t results it can be seen that thitung on individual characteristics variables of (2.244 > 2.052), variable entrepreneurship characteristics of the individuals 0.809 > 0.05 Based on the test f, individual characteristics and characteristics of entrepreneurship value value value 0.00 <.05 and value f count 31.342 > 3.35 against competitive excellence. R square test results at 56.7%. The remaining 43.3% were affected by other variables outside the study.
