Abstract: | Agrotis ipsilon sp merupakan salah satu hama yang menyerang tanaman kentang. Ulat tanah (Agrotis sp) merupakan salah satu jenis hama ulat perusak tanaman yang banyak dikeluhkan para petani, hama ulat tanah seringkali menyerang batang tanaman muda, dan daun tanaman muda, baik dipersemaian maupun setelah pindah tanam. Umumnya pengendalian yang dilakukan untuk yaitu dengan menggunakan pestisida kimia, namun penggunaan pestisida kimia secara terus menerus dapat menyebabkan dampak buruk bagi lingkungan maupun tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan bipestisida Beauvaria bassiana dan Metarrhizium sp terhadap mortalitas hama Agrotis ipsilon sp. Metode rancangan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non Faktorial, yang terdiri atas non faktorial dengan perlakuan : K0=tanpa perlakuan; K1 = Beauveria bassiana 1 gr; K2 = Beauveria bassiana 2 gr; K3 = Beauveria bassiana 3 gr; K4 = Metarrizhium 3 gr; K5 = Metarrizhium 6 gr; dan K6 = Metarrizhium 9 gr. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pemberian biopestisida jamur B. bassiana dan Metarrhizium sp menunjukkan pengaruh nyata terhadap mortalitas dengan perlakuan rataan tertinggi yaitu K3, K5, dan K6 (93,33%). Pada pengamatan LT50 perlakuan dengan kematian 50% tercepat yaitu K3 (5,77 hari). Pada pengamatan LD50 dosis yang sesuai dengan kematian 50% serangga uji pada perlakuan jamur B. bassiana (1,9 gram) dan Metarrhizium sp. (4,12 gram). Pada pengamatan hari tumbuh jamur, perlakuan jamur B. bassiana lebih cepat tumbuh yaitu 1,33 hari. Agrotis ipsilon sp is one of the pests that attacks potato plants. Earthworms (Agrotis sp) are one type of plant-destroying caterpillar pest that many farmers complain about. Earthworm pests often attack young plant stems and young plant leaves, both in the nursery and after transplanting. Generally, control is carried out by using chemical pesticides, but continuous use of chemical pesticides can cause negative impacts on the environment and plants. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the bipesticide Beauvaria bassiana and Metarrhizium sp on the mortality of the pest Agrotis ipsilon sp. This research design method was carried out using a non-factorial Completely Randomized (CRD) design method, which consists of non-factorial with treatment: K0=no treatment; K1 = Beauveria bassiana 1 gr; K2 = Beauveria bassiana 2 gr; K3 = Beauveria bassiana 3 gr; K4 = Metarrizhium 3 gr; K5 = Metarrizhium 6 gr; and K6 = Metarrizhium 9 gr. Based on the results of research conducted, the administration of the fungal biopesticide Beauvaria bassiana and Metarrhizium sp showed a real effect on mortality with the highest average treatment, namely K3, K5 and K6 (93.33%). In the LT50 observation, the treatment with the fastest 50% mortality was K3 (5.77 days). In observing the LD50, the dose corresponded to the death of 50% of the test insects in the treatment of Beauvaria bassiana (1.9 grams) and Metarrhizium sp. (4.12 grams). When observing mushroom growth days, the Beauvaria bassiana mushroom treatment grew faster, namely 1.33 days. |
