dc.description.abstract | Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang mempunyai peranan penting bagi negara Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan sektor pertanian merupakan sumber mata pencaharian utama dari sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga Indonesia disebut sebagai negara agraris. Sebagai negara agraris Indonesia kaya akan hasil pertaniannya, salah satu sub sektor pertanian yang menjadi perhatian dan banyak diminati yaitu tanaman hortikultura, salah satunya yaitu pada komoditas sayuran. Untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen terhadap sayuran organik dan Untuk mengetahui perilaku kepuasan konsumen terhadap sayur organik di Berastagi Supermarket Jl. Cut Mutia No 1, Kota Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel (teknik sampling) dalam penelitian ini adalah accidetal sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang konsumen yang membeli sayur organic di Berastagi Supermarket. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Berastagi Supermarket Medan adapun alasan konsumen dalam membeli sayur organik yaitu untuk mengubah kebiasaan mengkonsumsi dari sayur non organik dikarenakan tidak baik untuk kesehatan. mereka lebih memilih untuk menjaga kesehatan mereka yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi sayur organik sudah menjadi suatu kebiasaan dan keharusan demi kesehatan keluarga mereka, dimana mereka sudah merasakan manfaat dari mengkonsumsi sayur organik tubuh lebih sehat dan jauh dari penyakit sehingga mengkonsumsi sayur organik harus selalu mereka lakukan untuk selamanya demi kesehatan keluarga. The agricultural sector is one of the sectors that has an important role for the country of Indonesia. This is because the agricultural sector is the main source of livelihood for most of the Indonesian people, so Indonesia is called an agricultural country. As an agricultural country, Indonesia is rich in agricultural products, one of the agricultural sub-sectors that has received attention and is in great demand is horticultural crops, one of which is vegetable commodities. To determine the factors that influence consumer behavior towards organic vegetables and To determine the behavior of consumer satisfaction towards organic vegetables at Berastagi Supermarket Jl. Cut Mutia No. 1, Medan City. The sampling technique (sampling technique) in this study was accidental sampling, namely a sampling technique based on chance. So the sample in this study was 30 consumers who bought organic vegetables at Berastagi Supermarket. Based on the results of research conducted at Berastagi Supermarket Medan, the reason consumers buy organic vegetables is to change the habit of consuming non-organic vegetables because they are not good for health. They prefer to maintain their health by consuming organic vegetables, which has become a habit and a necessity for the health of their families. They have experienced the benefits of consuming organic vegetables, resulting in healthier bodies and fewer diseases. Therefore, consuming organic vegetables must be a habit they continue to do for the health of their families. | en_US |
