Abstract: | Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk beradaptasi dalam memasarkan produk dan jasanya secara digital. PT. Eva & Ros, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pelapisan logam (nikel dan chrome), selama ini masih mengandalkan metode promosi konvensional seperti brosur dan spanduk yang memiliki keterbatasan jangkauan. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pasar, dirancang sebuah website promosi yang profesional, responsif, dan mudah diakses.Website ini menampilkan profil perusahaan, daftar layanan, galeri hasil pekerjaan, formulir pemesanan online, serta informasi kontak dan lokasi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem dengan flowchart, use case, sequence diagram, DFD, dan activity diagram, serta pembuatan antarmuka yang sederhana namun informatif. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa website mampu memberikan informasi secara real-time, meningkatkan citra profesional perusahaan, serta mempermudah komunikasi dengan pelanggan.Dengan adanya media promosi digital ini, PT. Eva & Ros diharapkan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak calon pelanggan, meningkatkan efisiensi promosi, dan mendukung pertumbuhan usaha di era digital. The rapid development of information technology requires businesses to adapt by promoting their products and services digitally. PT. Eva & Ros, a company specializing in metal coating services (nickel and chrome), has relied on conventional promotion methods such as brochures and banners, which have limited reach. To enhance competitiveness and expand its market, a professional, responsive, and user-friendly promotional website was designed. The website features the company profile, list of services, work gallery, online order form, as well as contact and location information. The development process involved needs analysis, system design using flowcharts, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), and activity diagrams, along with creating a simple yet informative user interface. The implementation results show that the website can deliver real-time information, improve the company’s professional image, and facilitate communication with customers.With this digital promotional medium, PT. Eva & Ros is expected to reach more potential customers, increase promotional efficiency, and support business growth in the digital era. |
