Abstract: | This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work enthusiasm on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis. The research was conducted at CV. Harsa Prima, a company engaged in multimedia technology, with a total sample of 42 employees. The findings indicate that leadership style positively affects work motivation, with a coefficient value of 0.609, and also positively impacts employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.375. Additionally, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.442. Furthermore, leadership style positively influences work morale, with a coefficient value of 0.44, while work motivation also significantly impacts work morale, with a coefficient value of 0.51. The study further reveals that work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between leadership style and work morale, as indicated by a T-statistic of 1.862 (>1.647) and a P-value of 0.032 (<0.05). Similarly, work motivation also significantly mediates the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, with a T-statistic of 1.806 (>1.647) and a P-value of 0.036 (<0.05). These findings highlight the crucial role of leadership style in enhancing employee motivation, work morale, and overall performance. Organizations can benefit from adopting effective leadership strategies to boost employee motivation, thereby fostering a more productive and engaged workforce. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan antusiasme kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) untuk analisis data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Harsa Prima, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi multimedia, dengan total sampel sebanyak 42 karyawan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,609, dan juga berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,375. Selain itu, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,442. Selanjutnya, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap moral kerja, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,44, sementara motivasi kerja juga berdampak signifikan terhadap moral kerja, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,51. Studi ini lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi kerja secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan moral kerja, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh statistik-T sebesar 1,862 (>1,647) dan nilai-P sebesar 0,032 (<0,05). Demikian pula, motivasi kerja juga secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan, dengan statistik-T sebesar 1,806 (>1,647) dan nilai-P sebesar 0,036 (<0,05). Temuan ini menyoroti peran krusial gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan motivasi, moral kerja, dan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Organisasi dapat memperoleh manfaat dari penerapan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan, sehingga mendorong tenaga kerja yang lebih produktif dan terlibat. |
