Abstract: | Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong optimalisasi sistem administrasi di berbagai organisasi, termasuk dalam pengelolaan data kehadiran pegawai. Sistem Informasi Kehadiran Pegawai Berbasis Web di PT. EVA & ROSE CHROME dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan absensi pegawai. Sistem ini memanfaatkan teknologi web sehingga dapat diakses secara real-time melalui perangkat yang terhubung ke internet, baik oleh pegawai maupun manajemen. Fitur utama meliputilogin pengguna, pencatatan jam masuk dan pulang, pengelolaan data pegawai, rekapitulasi absensi, dan pembuatan laporan otomatis dalam format yang mudah diakses. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta database MySQL untuk memastikan kecepatan pemrosesan dan keamanan data. Hasil penerapan menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi administrasi kehadiran, penurunan potensi kesalahan pencatatan manual, serta peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas data kehadiran. Dengan antarmuka yang user-friendly, sistem ini diharapkan mampu mendukung kinerja sumber daya manusia secara optimal di lingkungan perusahaan. Advances in information technology have driven the optimization of administrative systems in various organizations, including the management of employee attendance data. The Web-Based Employee Attendance Information System at PT. EVA & ROSE CHROME was developed to improve efficiency and accuracy in recording, monitoring, and reporting employee attendance. This system utilizes web technology, enabling real-time access via internet-connected devices, by both employees and management. Key features include user login, clock-in and clockout recording, employee data management, attendance recapitulation, and automatic report generation in an easily accessible format. The system was implemented using the PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages, as well as a MySQL database to ensure processing speed and data security. The implementation results demonstrate increased efficiency in attendance administration, a reduction in the potential for manual recording errors, and increased transparency and accountability in attendance data. With its user-friendly interface, this system is expected to support optimal human resource performance within the company. |
